Lantern Lane Condominium Lantern Lane is a group of 20 privately owned condominiums. Lantern Lane is a family oriented place located in a residential neighborhood. The center courtyard and the clothesline at the backdoor is reminiscent of the 50's. It is a short 3 block walk to a free beach with lifeguard during July & August.

Apartment Description
Unit has living room / dining room combo with pull out queen-size sofa-bed, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed. Additional bedroom has 2 twin-size beds. Living room has a smart Color TV. The living room has a wall air conditioner/heater. Ceiling fans are in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, oven & stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and cooking and eating utensils. Rentals are available on a weekly basis with check-in at 2:00 PM Saturday and check-out the following Saturday at 10:00 AM. Door code will be provided before rental week but check-in and check-out are still required at the manager's office located behind the courtyard. A maximum of 6 people are allowed.

Condo Amenities
Separate shower building provides additional indoor showers for beach-goers. Courtyard with tables, chairs, and gas grills.

Sheets (for 2 twin size beds, 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen size sleeper sofa).

Beach blankets & chairs
Food, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues), personal care items (soap, shampoo)

Restrictions
No pets allowed. Sleeps 6 people.
The apartment is cleaned between rentals but we ask that our renters using the kitchen, clean up what ever dishes, pots, pans, and utensils before they leave.
